Gasoline

Regular · Mid-Grade · Premium

Wynnewood produces federally and state-compliant gasoline in three grades — Regular (87 AKI), Mid-Grade (89 AKI), and Premium (91–93 AKI). Our gasoline meets EPA Tier 3 sulfur standards and is supplied to fuel distributors, terminal operators, and retail fuel chains across the eastern and southern United States.

Our blending capabilities allow us to produce RFG (Reformulated Gasoline) for air quality markets, as well as conventional gasoline for non-RFG markets.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel

SAF · HEFA Pathway · ASTM D7566

Produced via the HEFA pathway from sustainably sourced renewable feedstocks. Fully drop-in compatible — no engine modifications, no infrastructure changes, no special handling. Blendable up to 50% with conventional jet fuel under current ASTM approvals.

Wynnewood is expanding SAF capacity by 40%, with completion expected in 2026. Long-term offtake agreements available for airlines meeting CORSIA and voluntary carbon commitments.

Renewable Diesel

HVO · Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil · ASTM D975

Produced via the HVO pathway, converting renewable feedstocks into a product chemically identical to petroleum-derived diesel — not biodiesel (FAME). It meets ASTM D975 and can be used as a 100% drop-in replacement with superior cold-flow properties and higher cetane numbers than conventional diesel.

Renewable Diesel generates up to 70% fewer lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions while requiring zero infrastructure modifications.
